Here you go 40 ´minutes run , ideal for when you do not have much time or you just want to stretch the legs after long run . This is really nice route a combination of sport and leisure enjoying running across the narrow streets , little squares and churches it looks like to be back to pass time when Barcelona was walled city to fend from pirates and others , nowadays this is vibrant and crowded neighborhood with bars , little restaurants , shops an street life . The route , as I will show your later is crossing the whole distric 1 of Barcelona called "Ciutat Vella" which is made up at same time of different sub districs (Barri Gotic, la Ribera , Raval , Barceloneta, Sant Pere i Santa Caterine ) the most interesting part of my beautiful town ..... Enjoy this round trip walk !!!!!
