Ironman 70.3 Barcelona .

Two weeks have already passed since Ironman 70.3 held in Calella Barcelona and just 8 days left for the Endemoniada 2014 and I feel very good both "mind and body ",  spring is time to reinforce and train hard to achieve targets but not only mind and body are ready,  I have also equiped my feets with a brand new trail shoes called  Brooks Cascadia , I have choosen Brooks Cascadia , recomended by the great Scott Jurek once he was in Barcelona . I have already tested it climbing two times Barcelona Castle called Montjuic and to be honest  fits to me very well , happy with the selection , next week I will have the opportunity to test it in the forest during the Endimoniada hope this year I can cut back  my time 3/4 minutes with relation to last year when I raced the trail with regular marathon running shoes.

Well guys , excited to be close to my next target I will post some pics of the Ironman with my colleague Marc (Biker) and I , Francesc (Swimmer) was not pictured , sorry by that ...

dues setmanes ja han passat  des que varem fer l´ Ironman 70.3  de Calella (Barcelona) i tan sols 8 dies per l´ Endemoniada 2014 i em sento molt bé tant "la ment com  el cos" la primavera és el moment de reforçar i entrenar dur per aconseguir les metes, però no només la ment i el cos estàn preparats aquest cop també he equipat el  meus peus amb sabates noves unes  Brooks Cascadia, he triat Brooks Cascadia, recomanadas pel gran corredor de llarga distancia America  Scott Jurek quan va venir a Barcelona. Ja les he  provat pujant dues vegades Castell de Montjuïc de Barcelona i per ser honest encaixan  molt bé, content amb la selecció, la setmana que ve tindré l'oportunitat de provar-les corren pel bosc durant l´ Endimoniada Espero que aquest any puguii retallar el meu temps de 3/4 minuts amb relació a l'any passat, quan vaig córrer  amb les sabates normals de  marató urbana .

Bé nois, content  amb el  meu proper objectiu vaig a publicar algunes fotos de l'Ironman amb el meu col · lega Marc (motorista) i jo, el  Francesc (Nadador ) no estava a la foto, ho sento per això ...
