Holmes place wednesday's running club

Hi fellows , here you go a good pic , yeah !!!  that´s me  third on the right in between Lise and Norma  and with    some other  of my running mates  on the hall  of our healthy club Holmes place  located  in Barcelona down town .

Every wednesday  midday and afternoon around 7:30 pm  many Holmes Place  runners join together at the club living room  to go out to  run 10 k , we had fun running    ,  training hard but with good mood and great attitude .

Hola companys, aquí va una bona foto, si! aquest sóc jo tercer a la dreta entre la  Lise i  la Norma i amb alguns altres dels meus companys de sortida dels dimecres  a la sala del nostre club  Holmes Place   ubicat al  centre Barcelona 

Tots els dimecres al migdia ia la tarda a les 7:30  molts corredors Holmes Place ens trobem al saló del club per sortir a  córrer 10 k, ens divertim corrent, entrenant dur, però amb bon humor i gran actitud.
