I am 51 years-old and busy preparing through both physical training and psychological to claim my target of finishing the 42,195 k below 3:40.
Marathon of Barcelona is just around the corner and I have to hurry up if I do not want to fail in the attempt to do it good in my home town .

Tinc 51 anys i estic preperan- ne tant física com psicologicament per aconseguir acabar el marató de Barceloan per sota de les 3:40.
Haig de espavilar amb els entrenaments si no vull fallar en el intent de fer un bon paper en la meva ciautat .
