Barcelona half marathon 2015

Seating in the sofa , watching tv with my sons meanwhile time goes on , half marathon is here and should provide sufficient information about whether I am in good shape or not . Seems like that more than 15.000 runners are gonna be in the starting line early tomorrow , hope this will be a great morning of run , friends and injuries free.

Sentat  al sofà, veient la televisió amb els meus fills mentrestant passa el temps, la  mitja marató és aquí i ha de proporcionar informació suficient sobre si estic en bona forma o no. Sembla que més de 15.000 corredors estaran en la línia de sortida demà a primera hora, espero que això serà una gran matí de cursa , amics i  lliure de lesions .
