Aquí va  una bonica foto d'alguns dels meus grans companys del club de corredords  i bons  amics, fen un bon entrenament en un dia molt fred.

Barcelona half marathon 2015 just around the corner.

Time run so fast , here you go a picture of last year half marathon , yesterday and after two hard months of anxiety, Doctor Martinez confirms that no surgery are gonna be necessary , knee fissure don´t go worst , happy to hear that and ready to be back to the roads .

My next goals , Barcelona half marathon February the 25 th and Full marathon of Barcelona March the 15 th .

El temps passa molt depresse , aqui abaix deixo una foto de la mitja marató de l´any passat , ahir i despres de dos messos de ansietat i nervis, el  Doctor Martinez em va confirmar que no serà necesssary operarme el genoll , la fisure no ha anat a mes , estic content de sentir-ho i preparat per tornar a corre .

El proxims objectius , la mitja marató de Barcelona el 15 de febrer  i la marató també de Barcelona el 15 de mars 2015

Clinbing the castle .

Here I am again on the way to get as better as I can to the next mountain trail .It was a cloudy day here in Barcelona but really nice to run , humid but no sun hitting my back . I started as usual at the healthy club where I used to go to meet my running mates and also do my daily gymnastics. After 7 km along Barcelona downtown I reached the top of the mountain ( below picture ), it is a hard way mainly the two last km´s because the gradient but from the top you have a marvellous sights of Barcelona , marina, port , downtown .... amazing place , then and after picture I went around the castle and went  back to the healthy club , further on I will share with your a track to follow , is easy route but just in case .See you guys .

Aquí estic de nou intentant  arribar el millor que puc a la  propera cursa  de muntanya. Era un dia ennuvolat aquí a Barcelona, però molt agradable per córrer, humit però sense sol colpejant la meva esquena. Vaig començar com és habitual al club de salut on vaig a trobar-me amb els meus companys de cursa , i també fer els meus gimnàstica diària. Després de 7 km pel centre de Barcelona vaig  arribar al cim de la muntanya (veure imatge sobre ),  és un camí difícil sobretot els dos últims quilòmetres  perquè hi ha una inclinació molt gran  però desde dalt  téns  unes meravelloses vistes de Barcelona, port esportiu, el port, el centre de .... increïble el  lloc, a continuació, i després de la foto em vaig voltajar el castell i vaig  tornar al club s, més endavant  compartiré el track  a seguir, és la ruta fàcil, però per si de cas. fins aviat !!!!.

The Catalan corridor continuous to make history , this very weekend he has won  both, the vertical km , with record of the prove included and the marathon just one  day later  achieving  the  world championship,  congratulation Kilian you are awesome runner the number one, where is the limit ???  .

El corredor català Kilian Jornet continua fen historia en aixó de les curses de muntanya , aquest cap de setmana ha conseguit la victoria en les dues curses en las que ha participat , el km vertical , amb record inclós  i la marató de Chamonix tant sols un dia després , aixó li ha reportat el campionat del mon en les dues modalitats , ets molt gran , el millor el numero 1 , felicitats crack !! on és el limit ???

Western States 100 race is over.

Hi fellow , race is over and new winner come into the prestigious list of ultra runners , Rob Krar has crossed the finish line with a time 14:53:22, congratulations man you are one of the kind.
Stephanie Howe did the same in female, she did the race with exceptional time 18:01:42 congratulations Stephanie awesome amazing race !!!

hola gent , la curse s´ha acabat i un nou ultrafondista pasarà a formar part del exclusiu grup de guanyadors de aqueste prestiguiosa cursa , Rob Krar ha creuat la linea de meta a un temps de 14:53:22, felicitats ets un fora de serie.
Stephanie Howe ha fet el mateix en la clasificació femenina , ella ha acabat la cursa amb un temps increible de 18:01:42 , felicitats Stephanie per aquesta victoria i haver fet una carrera increibla !!!!

Western States 100 , the race is on

Western States , one of my favourite race is on and this time Miguel Angel Heras is there fighting for be in the finish line , good job Miguel Angel , now is the five position with a little bunch of other three runner at not too much distance of the first Max King who is leading the race with 7 minutes of difference in regards the rest .

Western States , una de les meves curses predilectes està en marxa i aquest cop amb la participació de Miguel Angel Heras que està lluitant per arribar a la linea de meta el millor posicionat possible , ara mateix està en la cinquena posició juntament amb un petit grup de tres corredors  a no molta distanci del lider el Max King que està al cap devant amb 7 minutes de diferencia respecta al grup preseguidor .
