Endimoniada 2014 , Enrolled !!!

Hey guys !!!! , happy to say  I am already enrolled on the Endimoniada 2014, I have seen sorted list and after 1 h 30' of enrolment opens more than 350 people are  enrolled   , I feel lucky !!!!

que passa gent !!! content de haver-me pogut inscriure a l´Endimoniada de enguany , I fet una ullada a la llista de inscrits i sembla ser que despres de 1 h 30' de obrir les inscripcions mes de 350 persones ja se han inscrit , em sento afortunat !!!!

Hey guys , only one week for enrollment opening and many of your already wanted to know if there will be  enough numbers , I can not answer your that question but what I have for sure is that next 7 th of may starting 12:00   I will be there  for  successful enrollment ,  I do not want miss the  opportunity arriving  late and find out the "sold out ".



Also I saw that  members of the organisation are calling for volunteers , what about you , do you like to take part of the race collaborating as a volunteer ??? , if so get in touch with CEB at below link .

Ei nois , ja tan sols falta una setmana perquè s'obrin les inscripcions a la cursa i alguns de vosaltres ja voleu saber si hi haurà prous dorsals per a tothom , aquesta és una pregunta que no puc respondre però el que tinc clar és que el proper 7 de maig a partir de les 12h allí estaré per poder inscriurem i no perdrem aquesta oportunitat de corre de nou l´endimoniada .

He vist que la organització està demana gent per fer de voluntaris , que tal tu? t´agradaria prendre part activa de la cursa col·laboran com a voluntari?? , si t´agradaria , posat amb contacte amb la gent del CEB a travès del link .

L´Endimoniada 2014, just one month for enrollment´s opening .

Hi Guys , here I am again after nice weekend enjoying springtime in the beach , I am back o my training to be ready for my next race L´Endemoniada 2014. Today just thirty days for enrollment opening and two month for the race  I need to step the gas and starting to train hills and descents , second part of the trail is quite technical and I would  need my body and mind ready to change from urban marathon to night mountains  endurance race . I heard route will be the same and that´s good because allow me and the rest of runners train in place and check most difficult and technical parts of the mountain , recall that´s a night  race and eventhough  you carry  light better to  be familiarized with the path.

Hey fellow do not miss this this opportunity to take part of such nice race , not many bib number just 500 and the growing number of applicants make those sold out very soon .

Enrollment opening 07 th of May 2014 .

Hola nois, aquí estic de nou després de bon cap de setmana gaudint de la primavera a la platja, je estic de tornada o el meu entrenament per estar llest per a la meva propera cursa   l'Endemoniada 2014. A només trenta dies per a l'obertura d'inscripció i dos mesos per a la carrera que he de trepitjar l'accelerador i començar a entrenar turons i descensos, la segona part del recorregut és molt tècnica i  necessito el meu cos i la ment disposada a canviar de xip ,  de marató urbana a le cursa de muntanya i de  nit . Vaig sentir que la  ruta serà la  mateixa enguany i això és bo perquè em permet tant a mi com  a la resta dels corredors entrenar en el lloc i comprovar les parts més difícils i tècniques de la muntanya, recordo aquesta és una carrera nocturna i encara que es  porti llum millor estar familiaritzat amb el camí.

 

Vinga som-hi !!! no et perdis aquest aquesta oportunitat de prendre part d'aquesta cursa bonica, no molts número de dorsal disponibles tant sols  500 i el nombre creixent de sol · licitants fan  que s´esgotin molt aviat.

Barcelona Marathon some pics of my race .

Hi , some days have passed since the marathon and it is time to go back to daily trainig in fact I did not leave  training  but after the race I use to taper intensity  . Here i post some pics of to magic moments of the race , when we straight on down in front of the famous temple of Sagrada Familia and other just crossing under the arch of the triumf  close to healthy club where I use to train .

Hola , joc aqui de nou després de uns dias de descans desde que faig corre la marató de Barcelona , ara es temps de tornar a entrenar , bé de fet no he deixat mai de fer-ho però si que acostumo a baixar la intensitat de entrenament després del marató . Aqui deixo unes fotos de la cursa en un parell de llocs molt emblemàtics de la ciutat de Barcelona , el primer només pasan per devant del famossisim temple de la Sagrada Familia i la segona just al passar per sota del Arc del Triumf  que es troba just a la cantonada del Gimnàs on vaig a entrenar habitualment .

Holmes place wednesday's running club

Hi fellows , here you go a good pic , yeah !!!  that´s me  third on the right in between Lise and Norma  and with    some other  of my running mates  on the hall  of our healthy club Holmes place  located  in Barcelona down town .

Every wednesday  midday and afternoon around 7:30 pm  many Holmes Place  runners join together at the club living room  to go out to  run 10 k , we had fun running    ,  training hard but with good mood and great attitude .

Hola companys, aquí va una bona foto, si! aquest sóc jo tercer a la dreta entre la  Lise i  la Norma i amb alguns altres dels meus companys de sortida dels dimecres  a la sala del nostre club  Holmes Place   ubicat al  centre Barcelona 

Tots els dimecres al migdia ia la tarda a les 7:30  molts corredors Holmes Place ens trobem al saló del club per sortir a  córrer 10 k, ens divertim corrent, entrenant dur, però amb bon humor i gran actitud.

Barcelona Marathon is over !!! , see you guys next year

One of my biggest event in my home town is over and I should say proudly  that Barcelona Marathon is every year a better marathon close to reach the top 10.

Yestarday was a success in every way , number of participants almost 18.000 , fantastic weather , many runners comming from abroad , thousands of people applauding , cheering   , encouraging along the whole  marathon was so exiting .

Here you are some pics mainly to see what I am trying to explain of that fantastic marathon , by the way once again all my gratitude to all those thousands of volunteers doing great job  all along , during and after the race .

Un dels mes grans esdeveniments esportius del mon del running  ja se ha acabat  i he de dir amb orgull que la marató de Barcelona és cada any una millor marató molt aprop de aconseguir esser entre las 10 millors del mon .

Ahir varen tenir una nova demostració de   èxit en tots els sentits, nombre de participants, gairebé 18.000, un clima fantàstic, molts corredors que varen venir  des de l'estranger, milers de persones aplaudint, victorejant, encoratjant al llarg de la marató  va ser tan emocionant.

Aquí tens algunes fotos sobretot per veure el que estic tractant d'explicar d'aquesta fantàstica marató, per cert, un cop més tota la meva gratitud a tots els milers de voluntaris que fan un gran treball tot el temps, durant i després de la cursa.
